Renowned for their sustainable approach to food production, the team at Daylesford Organic, founded by Carole Bamford, have been farming organically for over thirty-five years. Strong believers in harnessing and developing heritage techniques, their ‘farm to fork’ ethos, and passion for honest, seasonal produce, is unrivalled.
The Daylesford Organic enterprise extends from the original farm shop, cafe and cookery school in Kingham, Gloucestershire, to their London-based Farmshops, with food sourced directly from their farms, including meat and poultry, fruit and vegetables, bread, cheese, milk and yogurt.

Behind their philosophy, “respect and nourish the land, and it will nourish you,” lies a pledge to farm towards 100% self-sufficiency, with each enterprise helping to support the next. This, combined with the team’s year-round commitment to creating wildlife habitats, harvesting rainwater, championing renewable energy and using no pesticides or fertilisers, has won the team over 100 national and international awards. Reflecting the pioneering spirit of the Hunter Field collection, and a shared passion for craftsmanship and excellence, this campaign honours Richard Smith, Jez Taylor, Tim Field and Tina Stallard-Pearson of the Daylesford Organic Team.
