Returns
You may return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the products were shipped to you. UK returns are free with collect+.All items must be returned to us in fully resalable condition and in the original packaging. You can exchange for a different style up to the value of the original order, or return the items for a refund then place a new order.Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed, however this is normally done within 3-5 days of receipt.
How to return or exchange an item
1. Go to https://www.hunterboots.com/gb/en_gb/signin and log into your account or enter your order details under the Guest Customer section.
2. Under the Order History section of your account, locate the order number that contains the item(s) that you wish to return or exchange and select Return/Exchange.
3. For each item, select the reason for the return along with whether it is being sent back as a return for refund or exchange. For exchanges, select the new colour and/or size that you wish to receive. If you would like to exchange for a different style up to the same price as the original item, please contact our Customer Service team: Contact us here . If you need to change the delivery address for a return then you can do it from this section.
4. Package the items securely.
5. Send the package to our warehouse using the removable self-adhesive address label on the form. UK Customers can use the free Collect+ label which is included with your order or click here to generate a new one . If you use Collect+, please allow an additional 3-5 days for your return to be processed. Please retain proof of postage from returns.
6. Once received in our warehouse, your return will be processed in approximately 5 working days.If for any reason you are not happy with your Hunter products, please follow our Returns Procedure for any new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of your shipment date. Hunter reserves the right to refuse the return of products, which are not sent back in accordance with our procedure and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Items Not Purchased Directly From Hunter Boots Website
Only products purchased directly from the Hunter website can be returned following the steps described above. If you purchased your Hunter products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they were purchased from.
International Returns
If you purchased through one of our sites supported by Global-e: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, or Mexico please access our Global-E Returns Portal to return any orders from these destinations by clicking here. Exchanges are not currently supported.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
All exchanges are at Hunter's discretion and subject to availability of suitable replacement stock.Packages must be returned with the freight prepaid. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service for international returns. Please retain proof of postage as Hunter cannot issue refunds for items we do not receive.
Returning Incorrect Products
In the unlikely event you have been sent incorrect or faulty items, Contact us here stating your order number and we will advise on how to return.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods which are not sent in accordance with our returns policy and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Returning Faulty Products
This only applies to products purchased via this website that are within warranty. Hunter product purchased in a store or on another website must be returned to the original place of purchase.It is essential for both hygiene and for a thorough assessment that faulty items are returned to us in a clean, dry and presentable fashion.Occasionally a white powdery 'bloom' may appear on your boots. This is not a defect, but a release of natural protective wax that can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth. For more information on this phenomenon, see our FAQ page. You acknowledge and agree that these products are hand painted works of art and that, as each piece is unique and subject to variations, it is expected that over time and with regular use the artistic detail on such products may fade or otherwise degrade ("Expected Wear"). Hunter shall have no liability to you for any such Expected Wear and Hunter shall not accept returns of any products due to Expected Wear.
