Handcrafted using many intricate techniques, each pair of the iconic Original boots is made from 28 parts and assembled over three days.
Traditional methods, first introduced at our factory in Scotland, ensure that every boot produced remains true to its heritage. This includes the use of high quality natural rubber instead of PVC.
Each part of the Original Wellington Boot is cut by hand from a 3D pattern. The boots are then hand assembled on an aluminium last bespoke to Hunter.
Over 60 years later, the boot remains at the heart of our iconic rainwear collection. Protecting wearers from rainy days and adverse weather conditions across festival fields, country lanes and city streets the world over.
Now available in 16 vibrant colours, key elements feature in the design of all Hunter Original footwear, outerwear and accessories.
