T&Cs - NATIONAL RAIL COMPETITION
The promoter is: Hunter Boot Limited of 17 is Hunter Boot Limited of 17 Connaught Place, London, W2 2ES (the "Promoter"). THE COMPETITION
The title of the competition is the Hunter & National Rail 16-25 Competition (the "Prize Draw"), organised by Hunter Boot Limited. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Prize Draw will run from 12:00 on Sunday 23 October 2016 (the "Opening Date") to 00:00 on Saturday 31 December 2016 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2 All Prize Draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than the Closing Date. All Prize Draw entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the Prize Draw: enter the competition online by creating an online account and submitting the online entry form provided on the Hunter Competition landing page: http://www.hunterboots.com/competition/nationalrail by the Closing Date.
3.4 No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
3.5 The Promoter will not accept:
(a) responsibility for Prize Draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Draw.
3.6 By submitting a Prize Draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4.1 The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK who hold a 16-25 Railcard, except:
(a) employees of the Promoter, including any holding or subsidiary or associated companies of the Promoter;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:
(a) automatically generated by computer;
(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
(d) photocopies and not originals; or
4.4 There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Promoter. Furthermore, you understand that you are providing your details to Hunter Boot Limited and not to the Promoter.
5.1 There will be only one winner (the "Winner"). The Winner will receive :
(i) a £500 credit to be spent at the Hunter Regent Street Flagship store only;
(ii) a VIP shopping experience at the Hunter Regent Street Flagship store; and
(iii) two return standard class train tickets to London courtesy of National Rail which will be subject to their terms and conditions (the "Prize"). The Promoter will work with the Winner to arrange suitable dates for attending the Hunter Regent Street Flagship store.
5.2 The Prize does not include travel insurance, the costs of transfers to and from stations, food and drink, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the Winner.
5.3 The Prize may be altered or varied at the Promoter's sole discretion and substituted with a prize, which, in the Promoter's sole opinion is a suitable alternative. The Promoter shall not be liable for any claims or complaints of any nature in respect of the Prize. The Prize is subject to availability. There are no cash alternatives and the Prize is not negotiable, exchangeable or transferable.
5.4 The Winner agrees not to sell, order to sell or use the Prize for any commercial or promotional purposes (including placing the Prize on any internet auction sites).
6.1 The Winner will be drawn at random and contacted via email on Friday 6 January 2017. Hunter Boot Limited will email the Winner and request that they email email@example.com. The email will need to include their name, email address and phone number. If the Winner cannot be successfully contacted by 5pm on Friday 13 January 2017, the Promoter reserves the right to select another randomly selected winner from the remaining eligible entries and thereafter until a Winner has been successfully contacted.
6.2 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into other than to confirm the prize items and the Winner's delivery address. The Promoter will arrange delivery of the Prize.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to discard any entry which it subsequently discovers does not fulfil the entry criteria.
6.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if the Winner is not able to take up the Prize.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
OWNERSHIP OF COMPETITION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
8.1 All Prize Draw entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
8.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
(a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
(b) waive all moral rights,
in and to your Prize Draw entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
8.3 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Prize Draw. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

9.2 Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected, stored and processed in the Hunter database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms and Conditions or as separately accepted by you.
9.3 The Winner agrees to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at the request of the Promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree to the Promoter's unrestricted use of any post-Prize Draw publicity for the Promoter's own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Promoter's websites and social networking platforms.
9.4 By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
