Sales Associate – Bicester Village (Mandarin speaker)

We are seeking a part-time Sales Associate to join our small team based in Bicester Village. This role focuses on achieving and exceeding store targets and maximising sales and profitability by providing the highest levels of customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and having sound understanding of our key sales drivers and sales opportunities.
The ideal person for this role has proven experience of working in a sales role in the luxury sector and will take pride in having outstanding customer service skills. You will have worked in a fast paced and target driven environment, and will thrive on achieving targets and exceeding expectations. Passion for the Hunter brand and product is incredibly important, as well as being able to manage difficult situations and build relationships with team members and customers. You will also be fluent in Mandarin.

Supervisor – Regent Street

We are seeking two full time Supervisors to join our flagship store in Regent Street. This role will support the Store management team in achieving store targets, maximizing sales and profitability. The ideal candidate for this role will lead by example and act as a coach and mentor for the team with exceptional service levels. You will consistently provide the highest level of customer service, demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and store standard. In addition to this, you will promote effective communication at all levels, feedback relevant information to the store management team and most importantly promote a positive work environment by recognizing outstanding performance and maintaining a respectful work place.

We are seeking an energetic and goal-orientated sales representative to join our UK Sales (Wholesale) Team. This role is a pivotal role in our business, driving UK sales and growth, increasing turnover and therefore maximising our profits. You will work closely with the UK Commercial Director in delivering our sales plan for the territory; being a brand ambassador and working with dedicated regional accounts to sell to our existing customers, as well as opening new doors and developing our outerwear brand position within the apparel (fashion) market. The successful candidate will have proven experience in driving sales growth, opening new accounts in line with the sales strategy and identifying new sales opportunities. You will be a collaborative team-player and be able to build trusting and long-lasting relationships across the business, as well as having a strong understanding of the Hunter brand and our products.

Territory: West Mids, Warwickshire, Oxfordshire, Berks, Hampshire
